My Un-bucket list

Going through different articles online trying to find a good topic to write on my blog I ran into the Un-bucket list. The unbucket list may be interpreted in different ways but the way I would like to interpret it is: things I will try not to do this year in order to keep my mind and my body sane.
Throughout my life I have always had this fear in me that I would not be able to experience all of the things that I wanted to do in my life and this has brought me a lot of anxiety. Of course there will be some things that I will (willingly) not experience such as bungee jumping or jumping off a plane but on the other hand I would love to go and visit places on the other side of the world, be able to finally not be afraid to open a youtube channel or actually let my closest friends know that I have a blog and I write about things.

Well to give myself a break I made a list with all the things I want to put in my unbucket list. Here they are:
1. Put too much pressure on myself -> Take one day at a time
2. Overthink and plan every detail of my life --> Great source of anxiety
3. I am not going to feel guilty about every thing even though it is not my fault.
4. I will not be rude to people just because I am having a bad day.
Of course this list will grow over time and it will help me understand my sources of unhappiness or fear. I am sending positive vibes to everyone who is reading this post right now. I would love to read your unbucket lists. You may interpret them as whatever you want.
I really hope you enjoyed this article. See you soon!
